PRIVACY POLICY

1. Data controller

The controller of personal data is the operator of the Pokemania server (operator details are listed in the shop terms). Contact: kontakt@pokemania3.pl.

2. What data we collect

Account login, password (stored only as a hash), e-mail address, selected country, IP address at registration, login and character creation, and in-game character data (name, level, statistics, history).

3. Purpose

The data is used to run your account and the game, recover account access, protect against abuse (attempt limits, detecting multi-accounts and fraud) and process shop purchases.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store card or bank details – we only keep the payment session ID, the amount and the number of points granted.

5. Cookies

The site uses only essential cookies: the login session (including your chosen language) and form protection (CSRF). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Retention and your rights

We keep the data for as long as the account exists. You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of UODO). Write to the address in section 1.
